Our address is 200 W. Millbrook Rd. Raleigh, NC 27609.
We are located near the corner of Millbrook and Six Forks Roads. We are a white, end-unit office building that resembles a townhouse.
If Traveling North on Six Forks Road (from 440):
- Remedy is located on W. Millbrook Road, which is 1.6 miles northwest of the I-440/Six Forks Road Exit.
- Pass through the light at Shelley Road and the Honey Baked Ham on the Left. The next light will be the intersection of Six Forks and Millbrook.
- Turn LEFT onto W. Millbrook at the light.
- Turn RIGHT at the 3rd driveway on your right at the sign that says “The Park on Millbrook”.
- Remedy Clinic will be to your right. It is the first unit, on the end, white with red shutters.
- If you pass Jefferson Square and Snelling Road on your right, you have gone too far.
If Traveling South On Six Forks Road (From I-540):
- Remedy is located on W. Millbrook Road, which is 4.1 miles south of the I-540 and Six Forks Road exit.
- Travel South on Six Forks Road until you see Loft Lane on your right. The next light will be the intersection of Six Forks and Millbrook.
- At the light, turn RIGHT onto W. Millbrook Road.
- Turn RIGHT at the 3rd driveway on your right at the sign that says “The Park on Millbrook”.
- Remedy Clinic will be to your right. It is the first unit, on the end, white with red shutters.
- If you pass Jefferson Square and Snelling Road on your right, you have gone too far.
