Ginna was born and raised in Raleigh and has been practicing bodywork and pain management for 30 years. She graduated from the Carolina School of Massage Therapy in 1992, and continued her studies in osteopathic techniques, neuromuscular & myofascial therapy, postural analysis, orthopedic acupuncture, and therapeutic cupping. A graduate of the International Institute of Chinese Medicine in New Mexico, Ginna received her Master’s of Science in Oriental Medicine in 2004. She has served as an instructor at the Medical Arts Massage School and Wake Technical Community College.

Ginna’s continuing education includes gastroenterology, gynecological health, inflammatory disorders, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese style acupuncture, functional blood chemistry, plus a study abroad in Chengdu, China focusing on integrative medicine. She is adept at managing conditions with diet, supplements, and herbal medications. A believer in the power of touch, Ginna remains up to date with the latest research on the mechanisms of chronic pain. She is passionate about patient-centered, coordinated care and working as a team with other healthcare providers.
