The ranges provided below indicate the cost of service with a 25% discount (first massage) through the full cost of service with no discounts. Most patients qualify for a 20% discount (below in bold) when paying out of pocket at the time of service. Insurance copays may be different than what is included below. We are in network with Aetna and United Healthcare and are happy to file for you if you have acupuncture coverage.
Acupuncture
- New Patient Exam + Initial Treatment (90 minutes): $159.50-176.00*
- Acupuncture Treatment (60 minutes): $99.00-132.00*
- Extended Acu treatment (75 minutes): $123.75-165.00*
- Herbal/Nutritional Consult (60 minutes, virtual or in person): $132.00
– Returning patients that have not been to Remedy for acupuncture in over two years require an extended initial session.
– Email consultations with Ginna or Allison are subject to a $20 fee per thread requiring three or more responses.
Massage Therapy
- 45 minutes: $67.50/ 72.00 / 90.00*
- 60 minutes: $90.00/ 96.00 / 120.00*
- 75 minutes: $112.50/ 120.00 / 150.00*
- 90 minutes: $135.00/ 144.00 / 180.00*
– All appointment lengths designate “hands-on” time and actual appointment lengths may be longer. All massage types and techniques are billed at the same rate.
Discounts
- 25% Discount for first-time massage patients at Remedy.
- 20% Discount is available for patients with coverage through: BCBS/ Anthem, UHC, Aetna, NC State Health Plan, & Optum Health, active military, veterans, and seniors 65+
- Discounts cannot be combined.
