Remedy Clinic is open for in-person appointments. Please read through our updated policies and procedures. New patient upcoming appointments will be required to complete our short online form regarding current Covid vaccination status.
Appointment protocols
The practitioners at Remedy Clinic will be taking the following measures to reduce the risks of “community transmission” within the clinic. Please be ready to follow the outline below:
- New patient appointments will include an online “COVID-19 vaccination status form,” to be filled out on the day of your appointment. The link to the form is found in your confirmation and reminder emails. Choose “view appointment details” then, “edit forms” to find it.
- If you are not fully vaccinated, please protect yourself by wearing a well fitting KN95 mask or similar. Masks are always encouraged and allowed, however, we are no longer requiring them.
- When you arrive at the clinic for your appointment, you may come in, or stay in your car and text the front desk at: 919-272-6569 to let us know you are here.
- Patients will only be allowed to relax in the waiting area for a short time.
Cleaning protocols
Our sanitization and cleaning procedures have been enhanced:
- We are taking extra time to sanitize and wipe down commonly touched areas in treatment rooms and air them out after each and every session.
- Only items that can be properly sanitized will be available in the treatment rooms and waiting areas.
- We have installed a plexiglass guard over the front desk window to create a physical barrier.
- There is a hand sanitizing station located at the front desk for us all.
- We are running air purifiers on high with ionization and increasing ventilation.
