Brooke has practiced neuromuscular therapy since 2001 and nutrition since 2010. She focuses on a holistic, bioindividualist approach to both practices.

Brooke graduated from Somerset School of Massage Therapy in 2001 and attended the Teacher’s College of NY, where she graduated with her degree in nutritional science in 2010. She also attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC and has been practicing a wholistic approach to nutrition ever since. She currently is licensed in the state of NC and board certified in nutrition.
